Our whole teammates were eager to attend the second class related to ,
Sales,Marketing & Customer Avatar.
It was a good interactive session by the mentor Deepak again.
Many points were taken about the sales,marketing and mainly Customer Avatar.

The Session started with inspiring quote “Learn-do-teach” method. This is a process . Learning is essential with a deep knowledge, lots of listening , reading, practicing and sharing.
Practice it for perfection and sharing the same knowledge to others by improvising your skills and teaching it to others . The cycle must go on.

The process of building trust with lots of people . There are more fake people in the world. So many of us in a look out for real all the time.
It is necessary to Generate more trust from your clients, visitors .
In short Mass trust mean 1:many customers listening you with a trust and obeys you.
Why ? Because You are AUTHENTIC .
Building the trust is essential to become a good marketer. People with more experiences are good marketers. Connecting different things is as well important.
Communication is the key to success.
Think about 3 top personalities you admire . What you find common in all ! Trust right.
AUTHENTICITY

Start moving out of your place , meet people , play sports ,Travel. Read a lot , learn new language Listen to stories of other people. Get involved in others , understand them and start sharing advise .
And Guess what? You won’t even realize that you are processing yourself to become a marketer.

What is audience ! Who is your audience.
You have become good communicator with all the skills but how about audience.

Knowing you customer is very important to engage with them.
We can reach our target customer based on Demographics and Psycho graphics.
Demographics :
This covers age, sex, marital status, city of residence, education.

Covers customers in depth details like his passion , morals , hobbies, goals.
It is necessary to reach customer audience very much so that your approach will go to right customer .

EMAIL MARKETING :
Do you know ! Email is the most powerful way to engage audience . But you need to write it perfectly with no error.
Draft you made need to catchy and engaging.
- Any false or improper word can break the chain of engagement and eventually you will lose that customer.
- People should be encouraged motivated by reading the same.
- Headline plays a vital role .Email helps in delivering one on one communication and it’s still an effective way to connect.
Compared to social media , email is steps ahead as a power communication tool. How many of you about software available freely on google for checks.
There is a good software known as Grammerly . It helps for grammatical and spelling errors.
Email should be in such a way that the receiver thinks he is directly talking to you. Though you are writing it to many . It is necessary to get involved in readers mind, his thought process completely.
No one is perfect and mistakes can happen. But with those mistakes only can make you come up . Improve yourself from the mistakes and get ready with solutions.
Best way to reach and understand is to make a survey form asking the needs and way to reach the customer. Just 2-3 minutes form usually customers fill and share it to you.
BUILDING A CUSTOMER AVATAR
A customer avatar is a representation and thorough description of your ideal customer. A person for whom you’re particularly curating content for taking their demographic and psycho graphic traits into consideration.
Customer Avatars: What to Include
There are 5 major components to a customer avatar:
- Goals and Values
- Sources of Information
- Demographic Information
- Challenges and Pain Points
- Objections and Roles
But how do you collect all this data. How to collect 1000 plus customers . The way to make surveys just do not give up .
I have used the below mentioned form to collect information on target audience.The key learning on Survey and Customer Avatar are mentioned as under;

The primary questions used in the survey was focused towards the audience exposure to ' "What Women wear at Work" as my wife has Clothing studio in Mumbai . SO thought this would give real ideas if performing or not.
What customer would prefer online or visiting to shop personally.
Though Marketing is done on social media but there was no approach this way of survey forms etc. This was really interesting as many of ladies immensely showed interest on online platform. Following were the interesting insights.
I am highlighting only the most relevant information received. This was just in a span of 2 hours. 11 responses received .
We took various points in the survey. Like;
- Name
- PH.No
- Age
- City
- Which of the following best describes your profession
- Online or Offline at the shop
- What shades you like
- Would you pay more if you could customize your dress online
- What kind of fabrics you prefer
- Do you trust online shopping
